For years a family member has had IBS for the longest time and had her gall bladder removed from a very early age. She went from doctor to doctor over the years with no relief.
After many years of her trusting physicians and seeing how she still had no relief, I put my trust on God and prayed for her. Two days later after praying, she called me and said that she had found two books on her health issues and was reading them. I told her I had prayed for her and we were amazed of the timing of the prayer and the finding of these two books that pertained to her issues. I was glad that God was already on it.
In the Ancient Remedies book, he writes about the packaged foods that have been prepared with added sugar, sodium and additives which destroy our health.
He talks about staying away from the seven deadly cooking oils being used in foods which are corn, cottonseed, canola, soybean, refined sunflower, safflower and vegetable oil. The good oils are Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, and Avocado Oil. I now read labels on everything before buying foods. If one of the deadly oils is listed on the label, I won’t buy it.
Let me tell you this little shocking incident that happened. It was a real eye-opener for me. I had put some Grand’s Biscuits in the toaster oven one morning for breakfast. After they were done, I took out the hot baking sheet with the hot biscuits and placed it on the stove top. As I did that, some of the hot oil spilled onto the stove top. I left it there to clean up after breakfast. Well, after breakfast, I grabbed a paper towel to wipe it clean and I was shocked. I couldn’t remove the oil with the paper towel. The oil had hardened to the point that I had to scrape it off. I had to really work on it to remove it. I thought, “Oh my goodness, this is what I’m eating! What is this doing to my body?” I grabbed the other new package of biscuits from the fridge and threw them away. I will never buy any more packaged biscuits again, home-made from now on.
I began writing this story back in November. I write a little bit at a time here and there as time permits. After reading Ancient Remedies, I then planned on borrowing the UltraMind book from my family member who was visiting me at the time. But when she was visiting, a funny thing happened, called synchronicity. As I was getting my thoughts together to write about The UltraMind book, I paused, as I couldn’t remember the exact full title of the book since I didn’t have it with me at the time. In those few seconds that I paused, my family member walks in to the room where I was, holding the book in her hand saying, “You already have the book! It was on the very top shelf in the office.” I said, “What?”
I could not remember when I bought that book, maybe someone gave it to my husband as a gift some time ago and it got shelved and was never read. I had no idea I had it. All that information was just sitting on the shelf. If I had known how good it was, I would have taken the time to read it back then. It would have come in handy. But anyway, I took that as a sign that I was on the right track of writing this story.
I know millions of books have been sold, but there are still a lot of people out there that need this information to heal. Sometimes you see a book at the bookstore and don’t realize you need it until someone points it out to you. Like myself for instance. I had this book on the top shelf and didn’t know I needed that information to heal my own symptoms and illnesses. I’ve suffered from brain fog, memory loss, fatigue, weak muscles and bones, hot flashes, weight gain, thinning hair, lung issues and high cholesterol.
In The UltraMind book, Dr. Hyman talks about the importance of detoxing the body, foods to eat, vitamins and minerals, exercise, sleep and relaxation. Everything works together.

Fill the pitcher half way with filtered water, let it boil on medium heat on stove and set timer for 25 minutes. When timer goes off, turn off heat and add three small bags or two large bags of green tea and set timer for 25 minutes. When buzzer rings, take out the tea bags and fill the rest of the pitcher with cold filtered water. I love the taste of tea without sugar, but add Stevia if needed, stir and refrigerate. It’s so easy.

She works the Fascia which is the thin casing of connective tissue that surrounds and holds every organ, blood vessel, bone, nerve fiber and muscle in place. The fascia gets stiff when stressed.
